This policy describes Paddle Circuit for Android (com.fusera.paddlecircuit), published by Fusera.
Paddle Circuit runs on your device. The game does not collect or transmit personal information, create user accounts, or operate an online service. It has no ads, analytics, tracking, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Paddle input, current scores, difficulty, winning score, fullscreen, and volume choices are used locally for the current session. These values are held in memory. The game does not save a player profile, match history, or settings database, and does not upload them. Ending the app's process discards this session state; switching to another app may leave the process running.
The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or shared storage, and does not request internet access. Its sound effects and menu music are generated locally. Playing sound does not record your microphone.
The game does not sell or share user data and does not send it to Fusera or third-party services. Google Play handles the purchase and installation of this paid app. Google and Android may process transactions and platform information under their own policies. The game does not ask you for payment-card information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
There is no game account or Fusera database of player data to delete. Session data remains only in the running app's memory and is discarded when its process ends. Android's normal uninstall controls remove the installed app.
If you email Fusera outside the game, we receive the address and message you provide to respond to and manage your request. Email is handled through email services, separately from the game. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of correspondence using the contact below.
These data practices apply to all players. The game does not request ages or collect personal information from children.
If the game's data practices change, Fusera will update this policy and its effective date, along with the Google Play disclosures where required.
