Fusera

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

1. Overview

This privacy policy explains how Fusera ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including TSM Calc (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information the App Itself Collects

TSM Calc does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information on our servers. All calculator inputs, favorites, and history are stored only on your device.

We operate no backend service for the App and have no user accounts.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. AdMob may automatically collect:

This information is sent to Google. Ad-related data may also be shared with advertising partners for advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Crash reports are used for debugging and analysis. These SDK data flows are separate from your calculator inputs, favorites, and history, which remain on your device.

This collection is governed by Google's policies. Read more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can limit ad personalization at any time in your device's settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads on most Android devices. Where required, the App also shows Google's consent form and provides a privacy choices entry point in the App's Settings screen. Declining personalized ads does not necessarily stop all SDK data collection: limited ads may still process IP addresses and data needed for fraud prevention.

4. Permissions

TSM Calc itself requests no runtime permissions. To load and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK declares permissions for internet access, network state, Android advertising ID, and Android Privacy Sandbox ad services. These permissions are used by Google's ad SDK for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and respecting your ad-personalization choices.

5. Children

TSM Calc is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to a Fusera service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

6. Your Rights

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable. AdMob processes data for advertising as described above. Use the available privacy choices or contact us at the email below with requests or questions.

European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding personal data processed about you, subject to applicable law. Where consent is required, the App requests it through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can revisit the available consent options using Privacy choices in Settings when that option is required.

7. Data Retention

Data stored on your device persists until you delete the App or clear its storage. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained per Google's own retention policies.

8. Security

Because TSM Calc does not transmit user data to Fusera servers, the primary safeguard is your device's own protections. Data handled by AdMob is encrypted in transit and protected by Google's security practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
